Currier, including Forest Avenue, Cedar Avenue, and two other scenes of live oak, Spanish moss and palmettos. One of the four plates needs to be retipped in. Laid in is a faded salted print of Alexander's Lake. Signed by the author to Miss Adabelle C. Lyon. Unusual romance set on Ft. George Island and “Pilot Town, ” a community home to many of the bar pilots who worked the St. Johns bar—a shifting sandbar located at the mouth of the St. Johns River.
